It is a little difficult to explain here in post but i try to explain
Funnels, How you can add something or flow of something.
You set the strategy to make conversion, and set the pages step by step, suppose you set 4 page serially when user come to your website and first he/she visit
    1. abc.com/php-training.php
    2. /.net-training.php
    3. /java-traing.php
    5. /SEO.php
And when user come to your website and visit same pages as you create in your funnel and converted or not its another thing.
The funnel you created is not shown to user its for you whats users flow in your site and on which page user stay or from which page he/ she leave.

Define the Lead Form Submission as Your Goal. You can't create a funnel in Google Analytics without first setting up a goal: Log into Google Analytics, drill down into one of your profiles, and click Admin in the top navigation. Click the Goals tab.

A funnel is a navigation path (series of web pages) which you expect your website users to follow, to achieve website goals. A funnel is made up of a goal page(s) and one or more funnel pages (also known as the funnel steps)

A funnel is actually an optional piece to setting up goals. When you are looking to track which pages your visitors land on it may be important to also track their path into the page. These are defined as funnels, as you’re setting up a pathway to track if the visitors walked the same pathway. Funnels will restrict the amount of completed goals to only those who follow through the entire pathway.
