    This is a two-step process.

First, you’ll need to download a list of links to your site. Next, you’ll create a file containing only the links you want to disavow, and upload this to Google.

Upload a list of links to disavow
    1. Go to the disavow links tool page.
    2. Select your website.
    3. Click Disavow links.
    4. Click Choose file.

Here are some steps for it :

Identify the link you want to remove.
Find the contact information on the website
Send an email to the webmaster, and make the location of the link you want to remove very clear.
If you are not getting a reply in 5-10 business days, send a follow-up.

Disavow tool is used to disavow links that are harmful for your website. These links are excluded from ranking your website in search engines.
