To file your disavow file, go to the disavow tool, and select your site from the dropdown list.

Click "disavow links" and then "disavow links" again and then "choose file". This is where you will upload the .txt file that we just created.

First of all make text file and save all links. You can also disavow whole domains. Just search Disavow tool on google and click on first link. Select your website then click non disavow links. Again click on disavow link. Upload the text file. and submit

Search engine link disavowal tools are needed in today’s link penalty environment. These tools cut ties between a site and links pointing at it that might be seen by engines as dark marks. As with all powerful tools, the disavow tools come with questions about proper use and concerns for abuse.

    Download links to your site
On the Webmaster Tools home page, click the site you want.
On the Dashboard, click Search Traffic, and then click Links to Your Site.
Under Who links the most, click More.
Click Download more sample links. If you click Download latest links, you'll see dates as well.

You’ll download a file containing all the pages linking to your site. Use this to create a text file (the file type must be .txt and it must be encoded in UTF-8 or 7-bit ASCII) containing only the links you want to disavow—one link per line. If you want Google to ignore all links from an entire domain (like example.com), add the line "domain:example.com". Your text file can include additional information about excluded links, as long as each line of description begins with the "#" character (all lines beginning with # will be ignored). Don't upload the entire list of links to your site: the text file that you upload is the list of links you want Google to ignore.

Upload a list of links to disavow

Go to the disavow links tool page.
    Select your website.
    Click Disavow links.
    Click Choose file.

Process to disavow bad links :-
    1. Create a list of bad links
    2. Sent link removal request mail to all
    3. If they ask for money or don't remove your link then add them in the list of disavow link file
    4. Then add the file via google webmaster tool.
