    I would rather suggest you to migrate on Windows VPS 2012 R2 environment instead of continuing with Windows 2003. You will face more issues with Windows 2003 in terms of support. May I know the reason why you wish to continue this version?

    +1 you don't, it is not recommended to use such an old OS.
