Back links are links of your website or its urls on other websites while outbound links are those links on your website/webpages that open other websites. Social sites such as Facebook, Twitter, Google plus. Linkedin, Pinterest are generally placed with their icons on almost all sites. These links on your site are outbound links.

Outbound links are links from your site pointing to other site. A different way to say inbound links is backlinks and a different way to say outbound links is internal links.
Interlinking is the method of making connections inside a blog or a site. The other method for connecting is inbound connecting which implies outside sources are connecting to your site.

Backlinks are incoming links to a webpage. When a webpage links to any other page, it's called a backlink.

Outbound links are links that are meant to take you elsewhere. These are links that are going to direct you to another specific webpage or website altogether.
