    I propose control panel Sentora

    Technology to use:

Apache Webserver - The most popular Webserver.
PHP - Yeah, you can not run WordPress or PHP scripts without it.
    ProFTP - Create FTP Server.
MySQL / MariaDB - SQL database administration system.
    Postfix - Configure Email Server.
    PhpMyAdmin - Database Management.
DoveCot - Create an IMAP Server.

It all depends on your budget, really, and what you want to do with it.
Sentora as mentioned previously, is free. It's an ok panel, but the options are limited.
Virtualmin is also free. It has way more whistles and bells than Sentora. But it is not so user friendly in my opinion.
If you are willing to pay, then in my opinion there is absolutely no match for cPanel. It is user friendly, has everything you will ever need. Plus there are lots of plugins available for it to make it even better. It will always be my first choice and I recommend it everyone.

Agree with every one. cPanel is best control panel with user friendly options. You can manage number of things under one panel. It's safe to use as no one can access it without proper authentication.

You can provide the restricted access to cPanel if you want someone to provide access to certain options from cPanel. So I would suggest, go with cPanel, it's best.

Vesta - looks good, greate cli scripts for managing.
    cPanel - stable cool panel.
Plesk - strange panel, need many resources on host machine.
ISPmanager - good panel, cool integration with ispsystem billing.
Serversuit - good panel no need to install, can use multiple servers.

We believe Plesk is by far the best paid panel on Linux. It's cheaper than cPanel, provides more advanced features in areas where it matters (like Onyx's new Docker integration), it had nginx reverse proxy support (for high performance hosting) built in before cPanel even considered including it.

Once end-users get over their nostalgia for cPanel and familiarize themselves with the Plesk interface they *never* want to switch back to cPanel's disorganized approach to design. Particularly Resellers and admins who don't have to switch between WHM and cPanel interfaces; both of which aren't great. Plesk has one unified interface for everything.

For shell admins, Plesk is also better if you're an OS purist. They make use of built-in system packages wherever possible, then provide their own binaries and repo to manage anything the system packages don't provide, like alternate versions of PHP. No spending hours waiting for things to compile from source like cPanel does.

We've been able to optimize WordPress sites running on Plesk to near perfection in load timing, which we had taken from cPanel hosting where almost none of what we wanted to do was possible.

cPanel has simply been around so long, it's because the norm. If you are considering a change or haven't used any panel before, I'd strongly recommend trying out Plesk.

If you are looking for paid control panel then you can choose cPanel which is best and most of the people in the world are used to it.

But if you are looking for free control panel then i suggest to check for ISPConfig which is user friendly, easy to manage websites, email accounts and customers accounts and even people are used to it. Installation document is also available for almost all OS versions.
