    Download links to your site

    1. On the Webmaster Tools home page, click the site you want.
    2. On the Dashboard, click Search Traffic, and then click Links to Your Site.
    3. Under Who links the most, click More.
    4. Click Download more sample links. If you click Download latest links, you'll see dates as well.

    Upload a list of links to disavow

    1. Go to the disavow links tool page.
    2. Select your website.
    3. Click Disavow links.
    4. Click Choose file.

    1. Prepare the Google Disavow List using the backlinks checker like Ahrefs and Majestic
    2. Go to Google Disavow Link Page
    3. Click Disavow Links
    4. Choose the file and Click Disavow.
