It is easy to upload the contents using FileZilla because, using it you can upload the multiple directories, files a time easily. Also, you don't have to login to any other panel for FileZilla.
Using cPanel, you can't upload the multiple files or directories. You can upload only one file at a time. So it's always best to upload the contents using FileZilla.Server Management Company

I usually download the file directly to the cpanal host, the image must be compressed before upload to the host if the memory capacity will be very fast.
