Usually if you have root access you can use cpanel transfer tool to do that , if not you can use multcloud and copy the files from ftp to ftp using cloud

    Hope that helps

Without backup, it's not possible to migrate the site from one server to another. Because though you will use the automated transfer tool for migration, while processing the migration, the backup is generated on old server and that backup file is fetched on the new server and restored.

So it's compulsory to have the backup generation feature enabled on old server, without that you can't proceed. You can verify it by performing the migration. You will get the error if backup generation feature is disabled on old server.

If you will use FTP or rsync using command line, in that case too, backup should get generated. Without backup you can't proceed.

Without backup, it's impractical to relocate the site starting with one server then onto the next. Since however you will utilize the computerized exchange device for movement, while handling the relocation, the reinforcement is created on old server and that reinforcement document is gotten on the new server and reestablished.

Website migration without backup would simply be like driving the vehicle without brakes. You can drive safely with minimal speeds but if you are stuck in some traffic, it will be dangerous. Same applies in this case. Why take risk of migration without backup?

You can't migrate your website without backup. Every one of the possible ways to migrate website include backup. If you are going to migrate cpanel, the migration from one server to another is one of the most easiest things. If you are changing your hosting company, the newest provider should do that for free. But if you want to migrate it alone, you can do that through FTP(download files, mysql, mail dir and everything important). If you the servers are yours, you can do that from WHM -> "Transfer Tool" or "Copy an Account From Another Server With an Account Password". Another way is to generate cpmove backup from the cpanel account and upload it to your new server home directory. Then go to WHM -> Restore a Full Backup/cpmove File -> REstore with file -> choose the cpmove backup.

If you are going to migrate from server without cpanel to server with cpanel, use FTP(download files, mysql, mail dir and everything important).
After the migration, check if everything is working properly from new server, before you point your domain to the new server nameservers.
You can check when you add to your local computer hosts file your new server IP and your domain. For example:
    178.98.45.24 yourdomain.com www.yourdomain.com

Website migration is not possible without a backup since you are going to transfer the files from one server to another for complete success migration. Just coordinate with the hosting provider to migrate as it has more risks.
