There are mainly four types of goals in Google Analytics
1. URL: to keep a track of which URL's are been visited. every time the user goes to a specific URL then the goal is triggered.
2. Time/Duration: This gives you an idea of how much time the user spent on your website
3. Pages/ Visit: It will show you how many pages the visitor visited before exiting
4. Events: It can be a social event, a webinar or a workshop.

There are mainly four types of goals in Google Analytics :
1. URLs - These goals keep track of specific URLs. Every time user goes to this URL, it triggers the goal.
2. Time - Visit duration goals. This will help you track how much time did the visitors stay on the specific page/sitemap.
3. Pages/Visits - Instead of only showing how much time the visitors spent on your site, this goal will show you the number of pages they visited before leaving.
4. Events - Refer this link for a detailed understanding upon how to set up a rewarding event on your website.
