Well turn off the option of allowing others to post comments on your Blog. Spamming will lead your website to get a bad reputation in the eye of search engine as well which is not good for SEO.

You should have the valid captcha on the website for accepting the website. There are various plugins which can stop the spamming. Or you can have the moderator which can approve the proper posting.
