Google automatically create sitelinks. I think google show only those pages as sitelink on which you are getting good traffic.

Nothing to do with Sitelinks as they are controlled by Google. It appears automatically in the SERP based on the website navigation. Make sure you have Breadcrumbs in your website.

Sitelinks are automatically generated by Google and you should have the breadcrumbs in your website to get the sitelinks on the SERPs.

Sitelinks are generated by the Google itself. Google show it when your link structure is good and it for saves the time of users. Google does not show the site links if those are not relevant to the user queries.
The only way to create sitelinks is to optimize your website well and make them more SE friendly and User Friendly
