PR means page rank, a value which was assigned by google tool to any particular domain on the basis of its backlinks but now its officially shutdown by google. PR is not working anymore now.

SERP mean search engine result page.

PR - Its Page Rank. Basically Google used to release algorithms and updates for PR to rank a page/website based on their authority, backlinks, content etc. It ranked from 1–10 where 1 is the least and 10 the best. Google has stopped releasing any updates on PR. So everyone now looks for DA - Domain Authority.

SERP - Its Search Engine Result Page. So when you do a search on Google tool bar, you get results upto 10 sometimes more. The results that show up are termed as SERP since they show on search engine which is Google here.

PageRank is a numeric value that represents how important a page is on the web.PageRank is the grade (1 to 10) your web page gets from headmaster Google.

SERP means Search Engine Ranking Page. This is what you look at multiple times a day. It’s the (first) page of results Google gives you when you are searching for a keyword or a keyword combination.
