Hi folks,
I would like to know, How to use cloudflare with my custom htaccess rules?

You need to install mod_Cloudflare if you want the real IPs of the users to be shown to your server. Blocking IPs in .htaccess is generally a bad idea for a large list. If this is a VPS or dedicated server, you should do so in the firewall.

That's correct! You should enable the mod_cloudflare on the server. You will need to ask your web-hosting provider whether they will enable this for you. If they are going to enable it then you can use cloudflare with custom htaccess rules.
