If you think that it is effective then go for it, but always try to consult google adword so you find the most reliable one. BTW why would you want to do it?

It has negative impact if you will place multiple keywords in the single URL. If you will increase the keywords in the single URL then Google bot will get confused about webpages. They will crawl the URL due to content specific result instead of keywords as you have added multiple keywords in the single URL.

You can utilize one keyword per url for SEO purpose. Multiple keywords in one url is not good for SEO.
