It's an Google Rich Answer Box is a Usually displayed in a light-gray box that a user can quickly read without having to scroll through a lengthy article.

When you search for a term or ask a question, the Google search page displays a quick answer to your query besides the usual search results.

Basically, Google tries to provide “direct” answers to any query so that the user need not visit a particular website searching for the answer. Rich answers has below three types -

Google does not require any effort by Google to click on any website "rich answer" to respond to the searcher's query in search results.

Rich answers come in many forms, they can be recipes, game scores, stock graphs, calculators, sliders, text-based answers, numbered step-by-step instructions, maps and more.
