My website have almost 1K back links and is ranking on all keywords but now company want to shift from http to https ... What would be the result ... My website ranking would decrease ?

In the beginning might be your ranking will fluctuate but after sometime it will be on track.. But make sure the redirection must be properly applicable or there should be no issues with the redirection..
