No idea about hostpebble. Just don't look for only cheap hosting, choose relaible one. One more thing, . Its not like that only expensive hosts are relaible. cheap hosts can also be relialble.

Host pebble is incredibly cheap but i don't know about the reliability of the company. It's rare to find a host company that cheap that offers quality service except of course you are running a static web page without much functionality.
