Competitive analysis is done to find the competitor and find out their way of improving the strengths and weaknesses. You can relate them to your business. You will need to analyze the below things -

1. Who are your competitors?
2. What are the products they are selling?
3. What type of the customers they are targeting?
4. What is their marketing strategy?
5. What things they are doing for increasing the sales.
6. Which keywords are used by them and for what purpose?
7. Checking the back links of them
8. Comparing the content quality

We need to check which keywords they are using, from which sites they are getting backlinks and what amount of traffic they are having. Then we need to make a strategy for our business.
