Hii,
It is not easy task, but you can check the IP status and find that it is Shared, VPS or dedicated based. IP checker tool tell you little bit knowledge about that.

Virtual private servers are actually more popular than dedicated servers because these give you better performance than shared hosting and they cost less ... VPS SSD is highly recommended for websites that use a lot of disk caching, for example wordpress websites with the w3 total cache plugin.

Website Hosting Search Tool. Enter a domain name or URL to find out which web hosting company is hosting the website.
Web Hosting IP Address Lookup.
What is Your Website Location.
Domain Whois and Age.

You can usually identify shared hosting from looking up the IP to see what other sites are sharing the IP.
For VPS and dedicated server its not so easy.
What use is this information to you anyway?

Yes , you can find but not all the sites. Open Domaintools.com and check the whois of that site. You can check nameservers here , If the nameservers are different from the url of that site so it is on Shared Hosting. If the nameservers are the same , So that it's a Reseller OR maybe VPS or may Dedicated Server. Then , go to the Servers Stats here the company name will be written , this company will be the company of the reseller. So , it's a way to find out reseller. I don't know the way to find VPS and Dedicated but maybe there's a way.
