With this varied difference between a Web designer and Web developer, the line of border has become a little hazy at present. This is because both designers and developers are getting a general idea of the other’s work. For example, today Web designers know a little about HTML, CSS, and JavaScript; and possibly about WordPress and Joomla too!

Well if you look at the industry as a whole there are statistics showing that more and more people are becoming full stack developers , now in my eyes as soon as you do anything front end you are a web or graphic designer and as soon as you do anything backend you are a web developer. Like i said this is the tendency now.
