This is utter rubbish, WordPress has no advantage in seo other than seo is easier for a webmaster who doesnt know seo because of plugins. I find WordPress very limiting in terms of seo and badly written code, if you can code yourself and you know about seo i would create a dynamic or static site with a dynamic section instead.
