Hello friends,

How important is the ratio between do-follow and no-follow links?

I don't think there is any such ratio. And maintaining no-follow is of no use as this does not give any value to the user hence Google does not lay any wait in no-follow links.

The primary importance is earning organic (natural) links to your site. Both follow and nofollow links are a natural part of the web. If you focus on earning legitimate links to your site, you have nothing to worry about. Whatever the ratio works out as, so be it.

If you engage in manipulative link building practices, then you have to constantly worry about being discovered and penalized. The ratio of follow vs nofollow link is one of many metrics a search engine can examine as a possible flag for guideline violations.

Every backlink identified by the SEMrush website link checker is provided with a nofollow or follow note, so you know if a link will transfer any link juice to your website. By monitoring the ratio of follow links to nofollow attributes, you can keep a balance and focus your link building efforts on increasing nice dofollow backlinks.

There is no such ratio exist. No followed links don't contribute to your domain power, but they make your backlink profile look natural. The main thing is earning natural links to your site.

There is no exact ratio between them but it is important to have both the links to the website.

There is no specific ratio for do-follow and no-follow backlinks, but usually do-follow link should more than no-follow links, which should also represent natural links inorder to avoid penalty. Dofollow links contribute towards improvement of domain authority, whereas no-follow links generate more of traffics. Hence both the links are important.
