VPS and additional IPs to make my own proxies?

Hi,

I want to make my own proxies.
- Once I get a VPS with additional proxies, am I going to need any additional software to do this?
- I'm a beginner, would it be easier to do on Windows or on Linux?
- Is there anything more beginner-friendly than Putty and Squid to do this?

You can buy linux vps full access to virtulizer root and password add additional ip list this server .You can server access putty through.Then squid through you can make proxies.
