Good Web Host Needed

I need some help finding a good web host (I've already Google'd this, but the results were conflicting and confusing).

I'm looking for a reliable web host with solid uptime and good customer service (preferably phone customer service). GoDaddy was horrible, and most of the other big name hosts have may complaints against them, making it tough to find anyone who seems like a good option.

I'll be building some WordPress sites (informational sites... nothing complicated).

If any of you have hosts you can recommend from personal experience, I'll welcome any leads.
