Why Bing delay for website index? I did submit url in Bing webmaster tool before 10 days but still bing did not still get index. please suggest some best solution to get index in Bing.

Reasons that might affect Bing not index your website are :

Your site is new and haven’t discovered and crawled it yet
running into issues crawling the site
There are no links pointing to your website
Your robots.txt file is preventing us from crawling your site
You have blocked URLs inside your Bing Webmaster Tools

Is sitemap submitted and robots file is okay? make sure you didn't stop crawlers by disallowing everything or by using noindex, nofollow tag.

When it comes to indexation there is no timeline which means its immediately index or it will take time or longer..

Bing takes sometime to index the website because of it guidelines.

You should confirm first that you have mentioned the right url part in engine, every search engine have time span to index, sometime it take time to index in few hours and maximum time of each engine is 2-3 months.

I believe their system is not as fast as Google, so resulting delay.
