Google counted all links as website backlinks that are included in guest posts.

Backlinks from guest posts are treated as high quality links and they are helpful to rank your keywords higher in search engines.

Hey, its very simple when we post a guest post on other websites which allow them we get a backlink from them, and backlinks bring link juice with it, which helps in building authority.

Note - Guest post backlink only given when content is original and useful. And guest post should be relevant with your website only then you'll be benefiting with that backlink.

Backlinks from Guest Post site was considered very effective some days ago, but now most of the worthy and high DA website provide the nofollow links as per the Google guidelines. If you need do follow backllinks you have to pay the good amount for one link.
