When you create a new website, it can rank on first page initially, without any internet marketing and promotion, but if google saw any bad user experience in it, and it did not satisfy the user needs, and could not qualify the criteria set by google to stand on first page, then it can move back into 3rd, 4rth or 5th page. So for a small time period the website rank well, and then moves to back pages, so it is called google dance.
