Might be some reasons like:-
- blocked via robots.txt
- internal or external duplicates
- your website is new
- page load time
- orphaned pages

Because your page is not gaining quality backlinks. Try to perform off page activities regularly to get high quality backlinks which is one the reasons for your page to get indexed.
