It is noticeable that we are always interested in taking the free domain and cheap domain:p. It should be considered while buying a domain from a provider that which facities will they provide to you if you get a free domain or buy a domain at low cost because it has been seen in several times that he who buies cheap domain does not get control panel and falls to the victim of backmail by his provider.:mad:

Remember, a domain lasts till your website lasts. So, you have to be very careful in buying and using a free and cheap domain.

Yes, you are right free domain is not a good option for your website. Also, so many web hosting provider does not allow Free Domains.

And to remember, if you want build a website for long term business, buy a cheap domain its still better than free domain. Make sure, your domain registrar have good reputation. Read the review before buy.

I highly recommend not forgetting to renew your domain on time. Use the reminder not to forget https://www.host-tracker.com/Blog/Domain_ssl/ If you do not renew the domain on time, then you can get a fine or even lose the domain.

I believe to go for free domain. Cheap domain gives you the feeling of using your website but the support service offered are not good.
If you go for free domain like free Wordpress website then you will get a website with better resource allocation than a cheap domain.
And you can upgrade if you have a free domain in place.

I am not a huge fan of free domains because they are only extensions which most likely get discareded and webdevs like us have to bear the brunt of it after clients complain of cancellation. I would rather have a cheap domain like BigRock gives so that there is at least some pricing if to any margins to make. It at least shows authenticity.

If you are going to run a serious business, you should better choose cheap domain. In general free domains have subdomains such as wix or WordPress and it does not look professionally.
