PageRank (PR)

It’s a quality metric invented by Google's owners Larry Page and Sergey Brin. The values 0 to 10 determine a page's importance in search (Google), reliability and authority on the web based on Google’s algorithm.

0 = Being the lowest rank

10 = being the highest

Alexa Rank

This is an algorithm according to Alexa.com traffic ranking. It is based on the amount of web traffic recorded from users that have the Alexa toolbar installed over a period of three months and 1 month estimated rank. This traffic is based on such parameters as online/mobile reach and page views.

1 = Being the best rank

N/A = No rank

Google pagerank is a rank given by google according to your websites reputation in search engine, you can also say it as popularity measurement tool.

Alexa rating is much different from Google pagerank. Alexa rates each and every website in a order towards visitors for that specific website, the highly visited website will be on number 1 and after it provides rank in ascending order accordingly till millions and website might have a score in the tens of millions also.
