Hello guys ,
I want to rank for "PHP Development Company"
How should I optimize for SEO? Should I use exact phrase "PHP Development Company" or diversify keyword "PHP Web Development Company"?
Meta title?
Meta description?
H1?
And anchor text for link building?

Don't go on using exact keywords every now and then in content, title and description. Use synonyms of keywords as well. As using exact keywords will lead to keyword stuffing but using synonyms and other search related terms as well.

When you already decided about the primary keyword, you should start working on it.
