Create a shared mailbox and add members. Sign in with an Office 365 global admin account or Exchange admin account. On the Add a mailbox page, enter a name for the shared mailbox. Click Add. Under Next steps, choose Add members to this mailbox. Choose the +Add members button. Choose Close.
