How to remove broken links in google webmaster?

Open Webmasters Tool
Click on the site you want to delete broken URLs or remove URLs
Click on Google Index
Click Remove URLs
Click New Removal Request
Type the URL of the webpage you want to remove and click on Continue
Click Yes, Remove this page
Click on Submit

You have to rewrite the URLs from permalink, which are showing broken link errors.

If the broken link is on your website, instead of removing it you can update it or redirect with the working URL.
