A Private Blog Network (PBN) is a network of authoritative websites used to build links to your money website(s) for the purpose of ranking higher in the Google search engine. A money website is the website you intend on ranking i.e. the one that actually makes money. This can also refer to a clients website.

BTW it is PBN, not PNB.
PBN is Private Blog Network to increase the number of backlinks to your Website as I mentioned in the first reply above.
PNB is an Indian Bank that stands for Punjab National Bank.

PBN is the nothing but it is the process of creating the blog and build links with the expired domain. It is the Black Hat SEO method.
