What is the impact of the Quality score on CPC and Ad Position?

Quality score is the rating given by Google as the bases of quality and relevance of the keyword. The quality score doesn't affect as a position but Ad rank or Ad position affect the quality score.

Quality Score is inversely proportional to CPC and Directly proportional to Ad Position. That means higher QS means lower cost and higher position.
