To set an image as a background on web page, point the body background to the name of your image you want to set as a background as shown below.

</head>tag.

<body background= “picture.gif”>

You have to fetch the image path in background images tag to set it.

you can used the html attribute the background like
<body background="Image.jpg">and the other is used the css apply to background like
body {
background-image: url("Image.gif");
}
