Every time a user comes to the website and left it within 5 seconds then that users are counted as Bounce user and the average of all bounced users is known as Bounce Rate.

It is the time which the user stays on your website and it calculated in Percentages, A decent bounce rate would be 60-70% If it is less than 60% then its definitively a good bounce rate. My site Propertyadvisor (https://propertyadviser.in/) will have bouce rate in between 60-70% check site for any inputs

Bounce rate is calculated by the total number of one-page visits divided by the total number of entries to a website.
