Google AdWords are paid online advertisements which appear next to relevant searches and other content on the web. Running a Google AdWords campaign does not help your SEO rankings, despite some myths and claims. However, PPC ads can be helpful in connecting with a wider audience online.

A measure that Google Ads uses to estimate how relevant and useful your website's landing page will be to people who click your ad. Landing pages with higher ratings are usually well organized and have text that relates to a person's search terms.

Google will put your ad above organic results when you pay AdWords for the advertisement. and it's not the organic which will come after applying AdWords.

Exactly you won't get any rankings whether organic/non-organic if you run Google Ads on your landing page. Google Ads can only boost your Site Visits, PPC, Leads, Sales, etc... The complete process and guidelines of SEO can only help you in driving organic traffic.
