What are optimized contents and how many times a keyword is used in optimized contents ?

Optimized content is the content with a proper heading, sub-heading, text format, paragraph length, and keywords.
There is no number of limitations on how many keywords should be used. Keywords should look natural in the content, and it should not come again and again in the keyword.

optimized content means creating content for SEO purpose, keyword density depends on how many words in that content for eg: if you have 1000 word content then you can use your keyword 5 times in the entire article.
