1. Set up a weekly/ bi-weekly meeting to have a check on your site's progress with developers.

2. You can use certain tools depending on the tool's criteria to get notified whenever there occurs a change to your website. So once you get a notification you can go over net and check if the changes are as desired or needs modifications.
