Yes, it is. The initial version of google analytics had was only able to provide user engagement and activity stats. But with the upgraded version of Google Analytics (Google 360) you can perform conversion rate optimization (CRO) by leveraging the reports obtained from GA. The added advantages involve heatmaps, A/B testing, Split URL, session replay, etc.
