In my point of view, every heading tag as well as image file name effect SEO ranking. SEO need SEO Friendly Relevant Filenames for better ranking on search engine.

Based on My opinion, file name in images can affect your SEO, especially in driving traffics to your site. Why? Because sometimes, visitor search on Google images with any keywords. And this is can triggering your images in search results.
