You will do following various methods for Block spam,

Block the refferer used by spambot
Block the IP address used by the spambot
Block the IP address range used by the spambo
Block the user agent used by the spambo
Use the Google Analytics "Bot filtering" method

Just Setting up the Google Analytics account and create filters and block IP that you think to send the spammy traffic to your website.

1. Use Filter, and use regex to have multiple domains in the same filter.

2. There's a setting in View Settings, which allows you to remove traffic from known bots and spoilers.

you can't block spam traffic but you can filter the ip from which they are coming.
