Google cautions SEOs to be mindful about outbound linking.
Mueller said that links help users find out more about a topic and be able to check your sources. He then cautioned about link schemes, links in advertisements and within user-generated content, recommending that they apply the rel=“nofollow” attribute in those cases.

But do outbound links on your own website impact SEO? A recent study conducted by marketing firm Reboot showed a positive correlation between a page's outbound links and its rankings in search results. Reboot hypothesized that Google can determine the authority of a page or website based on the sources it links to.

Outbound links will be useless if they are not wrapped up in high quality original content. Outbound links are, in that way, only as good as the piece they’re in.

Outbound Links or External links are not more important than Inbound links in SEO. Outbound links is a bad thing for SEO. So try to avoid the outbound links in SEO.
