A 301 redirect means that the page has permanently moved to a new location. A 302 redirect means that the move is only temporary. Search engines need to figure out whether to keep the old page, or replace it with the one found at the new location.

why don't you use Google or any other search engine to get the answers to your easily searchable questions?

Anyways, here is the answer!
301 - Permanently Redirection
302 - Temporary Redirection

A 301 redirect is a permanent redirect. This is not useful for temporary changes or instances of A/B testing.
A 302 redirect is a temporary redirect and directs users and search engines to the desired page for a limited amount of time until it is removed.

A response with 302 is a common way of performing URL redirection. Along with the 302 status code, the response should include a Location header with a different URI. Such header will be read by the user agent and then perform the redirection: Web browsers may change from POST to GET in the subsequent request.
