Page Rank :

Page rank is a formula invented by Google co-founder Larry Page.

It's a number which show your site popularity over web. The exact formula is not known by anyone but many of SEO's believe it works best when your site gets more links from higher PR sites.

PageRank is counts between 0 to 10 and higher is better. For normal site 2 to 4 is really good PR.

Toolbar PageRank :
Google has confirmed with Search Engine Land that it is removing Toolbar PageRank. That means that if you are using a tool or a browser that shows you PageRank data from Google, within the next couple weeks it will begin not to show any data at all.

A link from a site with a high PageRank is more important than a link from a lesser quality site. You can get a rough indication of PageRank with the Google toolbar, which shows a page's rank from 0 (lowest) to 10 (highest). ... Proper SEO techniques can help most sites increase their PageRank for a given query.

Hi Friends,
TBPR is shown in browsers header and it shows the PR in points 1 to 10.

PR is the original PR provided by Google which has Floating Point Values.

For example 0 PR means value between 0.0 to 0.4 and when it reaches to point 0.5 then TBPR shows 1PR of the page but actually it is 0.5.
