I would Like to know that Why can't my blog be indexed?

Any blog which has a normal URL will be indexed by the search engines, IF you submit the URL to them, and/or IF their is a link to the blog from another website, which itself has been indexed by a SE.
Google and Bing have recently added the requirement that you must have an XML sitemap on your domain before you can submit a new domain to them for indexing.
