Magento 2 (https://www.biztechcs.com/hire-magento-2-developer/) is equipped with a bunch of newsletters features out of the box. You can create as many newsletter templates as you need for different purposes. You might send a weekly product update, a monthly newsletter, or an annual holiday newsletter. Newsletter templates can be prepared with HTML markup, or as plain text.

Magento 2, you are able to send various newsletters to different customer groups, and for different Store Views. All you need to start working with this functionality is an email list of customers who registered in your Magento store and agreed to receive your newsletters.
