Outbound links are the links which leads from your website to other websites and they can be dofollow or nofollow, depends of how you tag them in html (or CMS). Dofollow links will transfer some of your website’s link juice to another website. It means if you have a high-authority website, the other one will get some of that authority also. Nofollow link will transfer nothing. They will just point to another website without any juice passing.
